Trying to loose wright and get abs on a low carb diet, what is the best way ect?

You need to get some variety back in - wholegrains in moderation are good. I would have thought you were likely to be constipated on this regime so more fibre would not go amiss. You need to keep exercing the abs to stay toned - but no neeed to continually have protein.
