92 model ez go gasoline feed cart will not start.?

I have replaced plugs,fuel pump,cleaned carb and replaced gasoline with new gas..Will start when I spray it,but seems to not be getting fuel.I have Choked it and tried pushing the gas pedal and that doesn't help either..Can anybody help??
