Is it going to stop my weight loss if I am eating 60% of my calories first thing in the morning?

You need to increase your calorie intake to 1500. Eating the most calories in the morning is the right thing to start your day. Frozen dinners are extremely high in sodium though, so that's probably not the best choice. If you can, make your own dinners and freeze them. The high protein bar could be an issue with calories, try egg whites. They're healthier and will be more filling than a protein bar would be.
