Iv'e gained some weight and fat and trying to loose it again?

I'm 5'2 around 108-112 pounds...i know im not fat but ive gained some weight recently i use to weigh around 105 pounds. But i started eating more carbs and not really caring what i eat and i started gaining fat around my and a little on my stomach. I'm an athlete so i really want to loose some fat.. i roller skate and practice 4 days a week for 21/2-3 hours. And i do plyometrics and try to go to the gym 3 times a week. My diet is pretty natural and clean but i'm trying to recover from binging which is how i gained the weight i think... Somone said if i have a carb+fat breakfest (like oatmeal and peanut er mixed with banana) and then for lunch and dinner and snacks keep it salads with grilled chicken and a little bit of fruit and maybe anther fruit for a snack... ill loose the fat easy.. is this true? because i really want to loose it all my clothes are getting tight =/ btw i'm 17 and NO IM NOT GROWING because i had my period since 5th grade.. so i'm done growing lol
