ive decided to go on a low carb diet. however, carbs were my main food that i consumed. now im focusing on eating proteins like turkey, chicken, egg whites, and salads. however, those are the only things i can come up with that i can eat besides fruits and vegetables. what can i possibly eat if i cut out carbs. im not trying to cut out carbs completely, i will still consume whole gain bread and brown rice and such.
