Why is my sister so impossible?

Wow!! My sister is exactly the same. Has been this way since she was 15 m she's now 23! We tend to ignore her. We don't do many favors for her anymore. Since we got tired of her crap she's on her own. She doesn't wana respect then don't give her respect she doesn't deserve. U guys have to be more tough on her or she'll never learn.
