1988 Camaro IROC Z 0-60 time?

88 ttop iroc z28 350 bored 60 over 2002 heads brandnew cam lifters alluminum intake edelbrock carb 350 trani w/ shift kit and b&m shifter knob. that is what the guy told me has been done. what do you think the 0-60 time will be?
