Should I work out today? I ate unhealthy!?

So the last 5 days I've been on a No/low carb diet in which I got only about less than 1500 calories a day in the place of the 2500 I need to maintain my weight. On top of that I burned over 300 calories every day doing workout and cardio. Today was supposed to be my day off (from working out) and I ate two unhealthy meals that well over 2000 calories.. Do you think today's meals affected me drastically enough that I should do cardio today as well?
