How many carbs intake a day to be considered "low carb diet"?

Btw theres a difference in the carbs. Good carbs vs bad carbs. Good carbs in apples and other fruits actually help you lose weight faster. 50-80 "good carbs" are what you need to take in. P.S chicken noodle soup has bad carbs. You need fruit in your diet.
