I wear makeup and it gets everywhere!?

So my routine is i wear Sephora's primer then cover girl concealer then i mix Maybelline foundations lighter shade with my newest one darker shade then i apply my Mary Kay finishing powder and blush. as the day goes by my makeup seems to melt off my freakin face and then when i touch my face and touch something else it gets everywhere and if i was to hug someone it would be all over them:[ HELP please
