Sugar foods and drinks?

Because a lot of sugar makes you fat and tired. So like imagine just having a lot of sugar . . . you get like so much energy from the sugar but next thing you know . . . you're exhausted. So I guess it's like a sugar crash or something? Lol, just avoid it at all cost while losing weight. BUT, it's good to have a treat every once in a while!! So if you haven't had anything like that for quite a bit head over with some friends and get some icecream =)
