Hi, i am very educated on foods and bodybuilding, and i am current bulking and trying to gain as much muscle weight as possible, but also with minimal fat gains, and people always say how bad chips are, like dorritos have a million ingredients in em so i know those are bad, but on the ingredients of mexican style chips there are only two ingredients white corn, and canola oil wich is a very good source of fat. and is white corn good for you? is it a complex carb? so please tell me what you know on this...because i love chips n salsa!
