Can apologizing get me unbanned from a website? Really need help.?

Ok so my brother and I reeealllly love this online game called TinierMe. Well my cousin was over a few days ago and made mule accounts to troll. She used our computer so her IP address would be safe and her real life account wouldn't get banned. Well since she used our computer they IP banned it. Whenever I try to log in it says my account is frozen. When my brother tries to it says he entered the wrong id or pword. I think it's so unfair my cousin made those mule accounts from our computer so hers would be safe and we were the ones who got in trouble. Should I contact the mods and tell them what happened and apologize? Should we try to get back in their good graces? XD
