Carb Counting Diet Questions?

Do South Beach.. For the first 2 weeks the only carbs you can eat are from legumes.. like lentils and chick peas.. Heres a list: www.south-beach-diest-plan.com/phase2.ht… ...Its kinda tough to get through the first 2 weeks but you will definitly lose up to 12lbs so its worth it..
