To be clear, I'm not going on the ever-controversial Atkins diet or any sort of low carb regimine. But I have found that cutting bread, pasta and rice out of my diet...I lose lots of weight. I just went on unemployment so I need to save money. People I know who've had to eat on a budget always do the rice, pasta, bread thing because it's cheap and filling. What are some inexpensive things I can buy and eat that will still be filling and isn't super carby?
