Have a wedding in 2 days, due to stress breaking out on shoulders. HELP!!!?

Title says it all. Been helping my best friend with her wedding and have broken out on my shoulders, as I do when stressed. The weddings in 2 days and I'm wearing a backless dress. PLease HELP!
