How can I get around my neighborhood's covenants to keep my horse in my back yard?

Well, sorry to tell you this, but they arent ever going to let you keep it......you could sell it (the reason i say it is because you refer to it as a girl and a boy) to someone you know and visit it alot. or you could sell it to a very nice home and give it a good family that can acually ride it......
