How can I hide cuts on my arm?

I'm a guy and I need to know how to hide cuts on my arm. Im going to a gay pride party in 2 days and I can't show off my arms and wearing long sleaves isnt really an option. Girls how do you use concealer to hide cuts?? I know I'm a gay boy but i still have no idea how makeup works... please help! All this said... Don't tell me cutting is bad or that I need to find help. I know. Leave me alone. But please give me any advice you can.
