I only have time to work out in the morning, before eating anything....?
Exercise is exercise! Get it while you can. If the morning works best for you, go for it. The few hours you wait to eat won't make that much of a difference. However you do need to make sure you are well hydrated though. Just keep a bottle of water handy. Other than that, to make it quite simple, the amount of weight we gain or lose (if in fact we don't just maintain) is directly related to the amount of enrgy we take in vs. the amount of energy we expel (through exercise and normal daily activities) It doesn't really make much difference when we obtain those calories or when we use them up. As long as you are using more energy than you consume you will lose weight, even if you eat at night and exercise in the morning. There are many ways I could go into detail on this subject, but those are some basicguidelines for you. So in short, exercise in the morning is fine...just don't forget the water!
