Low 200 calorie meals? /: The majority carb free?

I had a bagel and cream cheese just now for breakfast and used my Fitday.com food journal and it came out to be 761 calories added together. Greeeattt /: I got 62% Carbs, Fat 27% and Protein 11% and I'm trying to cancel out some carbs! I'm only supposed to have 1,100 calories a day. HELPPPP?!
