Should i buy this Mule?

Hey there. I am looking to buy a mule. I am highly interested, and he is everything I want. The only thing is he is 2 and not gelded. Could this be a problem. I will Geld him for sure, and am not worried about paying for him to be castrated, what I am worried about is, will he be study?
