What should be the Philippines response to today's execution of three Filipinos convicted as drug mules?

Three lives were wasted though I support China for carrying out their laws. So what about those Chinese drug lords in the Philippines. Why not the Philippines reinstate death penalty and execute them too. Sadly, the Philippines has become a haven for them, simply because, if they are caught in China, they would be sentenced to death. In the Philippines, they would just spend a short time in prison then take a flight out of the country.
